We are happy to get involved in your project at any stage from research and design, to arranging Council approvals and coordinating all building works as project manager.

This includes supervising and coordinating each trade; sourcing and coordinating delivery of materials.

Perhaps yours is a smaller renovation or addition to your existing home? We can help with that too.

Most important for us is ensuring your project, no matter how big or small, is delivered on time and within budget to your satisfaction.

PLANNING

We can help with planning your new home, renovation, addition, shed or any other construction need you have.

Usually we meet you for the first time at the location of your project to get a sense of scope and what you are trying to achieve.

This gives us an opportunity to chat through your plans - where you are now, where you want to go and how we can help you get there.

APPROVALS

We have extensive experience in arranging all approvals required for building in the Northern Rivers.

Once your plans have been created we need to get approvals in place. We will take all the hassle out of this for you and coordinate all of the approval documents.

Upon Council approval we are ready to go and set a commencement date to bring your project to life.

CONSTRUCTION

During the build itself, we will be in constant communication with you either on site or via phone calls, text and email.

We ensure you have input in every stage as we progress and are always available.

AFTER CARE

The exciting day arrives when your home or renovation is finished.

We will stay in touch to ensure all final elements are to your satisfaction.
